Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the digital nature of our gift cards, all sales are generally final. Once a gift card has been purchased and the card number and PIN have been delivered, the transaction cannot be reversed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical errors that prevented the card from being delivered
  • Duplicate purchases made due to system errors
  • Unauthorized transactions on your account

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards that have been used or partially used
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Gift cards purchased for someone else

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.
